How it works

After 11 years creating personalised sticker albums for sports clubs, we’ve designed an offer for individual sports clubs (tennis, padel, judo, karate, swimming, athletics, gymnastics…) with over 100 members, helping your club get the most out of the project, both financially and socially. Choose between two editions: Essential, perfect for getting started, quick to set up and just £1 per album; and Collector, with every option imaginable for a one-of-a-kind album, for just a few pounds per member.

The albums

The club gives an album to every one of its members, across all groups and age categories: that’s the secret of success. When every member, every family and every coach has their own album, the excitement begins: opening packs, swapping doubles and hunting for the missing stickers. The albums aren’t sold: the club gives them to everyone, so the whole club gets hooked on the collection. In the Essential edition they cost just £1 per album (up to 350 albums, then £4 per additional album); in the Collector edition, just a few pounds.

The sticker packs

Sticker packs are supplied on a sale-or-return basis, in batches of 1,500 packs: you only pay for the stickers sold, with your edition’s commission already deducted, and we collect unsold packs from the last delivery free of charge. The number of stickers per pack is matched to the size of the album, so completing it is just as achievable at every club.

The fixed 10% commission brings the club a healthy income: for example, £300 for every 3,000 packs sold.

For all individual sports: tennis, padel, judo, karate, taekwondo, swimming, athletics, gymnastics, cycling, golf… And it’s for the whole club: every group and every age category has its own page, from the youngest juniors to the veterans. Nobody is left out of the collection.

In the Essential edition, albums cost £1 each, up to 350 (£4 per additional album). In Collector: £3 for the first 200, £2 from 201 to 400 and £1 from 401.

The club earns a commission on every pack sold at £1. With Essential it’s a fixed 10%, for example £300 for 3,000 packs. With Collector it ranges from 15% to 35% depending on sales. On top of that comes sponsorship income. Our clubs generally raise at least £2,000, and many make considerably more.

There’s nothing to pay upfront for the packs: they arrive on a sale-or-return basis, in batches of 1,500, and you only pay for those sold, with your commission already deducted. We collect unsold packs from the last delivery free of charge. In the Collector edition, the albums are only paid for once everything is approved and we go to print.

Because that’s what makes the collection work. If every member has their own album, the whole club gets hooked on buying packs, swapping doubles and completing the collection.

The club itself, with our app: access is shared and each coach photographs their team in just a few minutes. We support you throughout the process.

In Essential, up to 8 sponsors on the inside covers, plus sponsor stickers at £25. In Collector, 3 cover pages and 10 inside pages, with free sponsor stickers.

Essential is the simplest way to get started: £1 albums and a standard design. Collector is a 100% personalised, full-colour album of up to 96 pages, with a higher commission for the club.
