4 Simple Steps
A simple project to set up, one that brings the whole school together, at no cost at all. We take care of everything: design, printing, delivery. All that’s left is to let the magic happen in the playground!
1. You prepare the pupil list and photos
We send you a file to fill in with first names, surnames and classes. Then you organise the photo sessions at your school, a fun, hands-on moment for everyone involved!
2. We create your personalised album
Our teams design the album and stickers using the information you’ve sent us. You approve everything before printing.
3. We print and deliver everything to the school
Albums, stickers, posters: we take care of it all. Every pupil receives their souvenir album for free.
4. You distribute and enjoy the adventure
Sticker packs sell for £1 each. The school receives a 10% commission and can also generate income through advertising space in the album.

Does the school have to pay anything?
No, there’s no cost to the school at all.We cover the graphic design, printing, packing and delivery of the albums and stickers. The school simply commits to giving every pupil their album for free.
How does the album get created?
It’s simple, and we’re with you every step of the way.You fill in a pupil file (first names, surnames and classes) and organise a photo session at your school. We then put together your album’s design for you to approve before printing.
Can we customise the cover and add text?
Yes, everything is customisable.Our design team creates a cover that reflects your school’s identity, and you can add a word from the headteacher, a look back at the year, or anything else that matters to you.
Where and how are the sticker packs sold?
The packs are sold at a symbolic price of £1.They’re usually available at school, particularly during key moments (break times, events, fêtes and so on). You receive a 10% commission on every pack sold, a nice boost to help fund school projects or equipment.
What happens to unsold packs?
No risk to the school at all.Any packs left unsold at the end of the project can be returned and aren’t charged for. You only pay for what’s actually been distributed or sold.
